Help Us Help You! How to Reach Support

Here are a few tips to help ensure that your help request reaches our support team.  


You Must Verify Your Email Address

The first time you use our support system, you must verify your email address. So, whether you send an email to support@doubleknot.com or go to support.doubleknot.com and click Submit a Request, you’ll receive an email asking you to verify your email address.
 

You must follow the steps in this email for your message to enter the system. If you don’t open the email and click the link to verify your email address, we will not see your message. Be sure to check your spam folder and any other folder where standardized messages may appear. (For example, in Outlook, check in the Other tab.)

How to Schedule a Call

To schedule a call with support, please submit a help request that includes:

  • An explanation of the issue
  • Dates and times that you’re available to talk
  • The phone number where can be reached on those dates and times

We will then contact you to schedule a call.

 

Webinar: Boost Year-End Revenue with Holiday Gift Card Sales

As the holiday season approaches, gift cards are an excellent way for your community to show their support and give a great present to family and friends. Gift cards can be applied to any Doubleknot purchase, including camps, classes, admissions, events, reservations, memberships, merchandise and more, and you can customize the gift card template with your organization’s year-end messaging.
 

Doubleknot gift cards are easy to set up, and after a one-time credit card processing fee when the gift card is purchased, no other fees are applied so recipients can spend the card’s full face value. To further encourage gift card sales, you can configure discounts on the sale price (like “Get a $50 gift card for only $40) to make them even more attractive to value-conscious holiday shoppers.

REMINDER: Vantiv and Authorize.net Will Not Be Supported After November 30, 2020

On November 30, 2020, Doubleknot will end support for the Vantiv and Authorize.net payment processing platforms. To provide better service, we support Togetherpay, powered by Stripe, which offers a range of benefits that include:

  • Better protection of credit card data, especially for recurring donations and automatic membership renewals

  • Built-in credit card updater services so stored expiration dates and account numbers are always up to date

  • Industry-leading AI-based fraud protection

  • Automatic reconciliation of deposits
