NEW: Digital Membership Cards & Active Memberships Report

Administrator Basics Training Videos

New features for memberships

We are pleased to announce two new membership management features: a new report and support for digital membership cards on Android as well as iOS.

These new features are part of Doubleknot’s comprehensive membership management solution, with benefits that include recording all transactions and interactions in the member profile; automatically applying member benefits like discounts and priority registration; and supporting print-at-home and digital membership cards. If you’re interested in more information about the benefits of our membership management solution for your organization, let us know at Solutions@doubleknot.com.

New Report: Memberships Active in Date Range

We are pleased to announce a new report for organizations that use Doubleknot’s integrated membership management solution. The Memberships Active in Date Range report displays the number of times each member visited during any time period you specify.

As with other Doubleknot reports, you can save a custom query of the report and use it to identify message recipients in Communications Center. For example, you may wish to send an email to members who visited frequently letting them know how much money they saved on admission, or send an email to members who visit infrequently to thank them for their support.

Digital Membership Cards for Android and iOS Smartphones

Doubleknot now supports digital mobile membership cards on Android devices. With our existing support for digital membership cards on iOS, you can now automatically issue digital membership cards that can be saved and displayed on any smartphone. Best of all, the Google Pay and Apple Wallet apps are included by default on all Android and iOS phones, so your members don’t have to install any new apps and your organization doesn’t need to pay for additional third-party services.

If you choose to offer digital memberships cards, here’s how they work. When a new membership is purchased, the receipt contains a link to retrieve the membership card. When a member clicks that link on their phone, Doubleknot determines whether they're using Android or iOS, and displays the correct button to add the membership card to the device.
