As part of our effort to continuously improve our support materials, we’ll be rolling out several changes to online help in 2019. Some of these changes include:
- Easier navigation. The main table of contents lists major topics roughly organized by solution module. You can click the topic area to see all available information for that feature.
- More information on help pages. Each online help page will contain more information, reducing the amount of clicking required to find the information you want. The information will be organized into expandable sections—any time you see a sign, you can click it to display the contents. If you want to see all the information on the page, the Expand/Collapse Content link at the upper right will open and close every topic on the page.
- Print pages directly from online help. Because each page will contain more information, some people may prefer to print the information. To print, click the printer icon at the top right of the page. A print dialog box will be displayed that lets you print the correctly formatted contents of the page even if you haven’t expanded all of the topics.
- Some downloadable User Guides within the online help. Feature-rich solution areas like Calendar Activities and Programs have lengthy documentation. If you decide that you’d prefer to have a PDF of the complete user guide, you’ll be able to download it from with the online help as well as from the User Manuals page.
Some of these changes are available now and the remainder will be implemented throughout Q1 of 2019. Illustrations of some of the changes are below.
