This is an example of an event that uses Doubleknot's new mobile-friendly registration pages. The event is set up for up to two adults (with a minimum of one adult) and up to five youth (with a minimum of one youth). 

For this sample event, entering registrants' first and last names is required, and entering email addresses and phone numbers is optional for the adults. In addition, a form is used to collect information about T-shirt sizes.
